Miss Mercedez is one of our float staff. She has loved working with children since I was very young. She started taking care of children when she was 14. She especially loves working with infants and giving love, and playing with them. She has 3 children of her own. She also enjoys seeing how they grow and develop into the little humans that they are.
Miss Naomi is the Lead Teacher in the School Age Room. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and has several years of experience working with children.
Miss Ayramie is an Assistant in our Prepper Room. She goes by Ames. She loves working with children, playing piano, ukulele, guitar, painting, drawing, and anything art-related. Miss Ames likes to collect candles and adores Starbucks.
Miss Lauren is an Assistant Teacher in our Twaddler Classroom. She is excited to work in that room, and her energy and enthusiasm show!
Miss Ali is the Lead in the Prepper Room. She is excited to join the Learning Ladder Academy. She is also very creative and loves to paint and create art projects. Her favorite color is purple, and she loves anything with butterflies. Miss Ali also loves to sing and dance whenever she gets the chance.
Miss Katie is the Lead Teacher in our Twaddler Classroom and has been with us since February 2007. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Kutztown University. Her favorite thing about working with young children is watching their little personalities develop and shine!

Miss Mayra is an Assistant Teacher in our Twaddler Classroom. She’s flexible, friendly, and loves working with children. Miss Mayra is also an easygoing person.
Miss Brandy is an Assistant Teacher in our Twaddler Room and loves working with toddlers. She loves building bonds with the children and watching their personalities shine through. Teaching and helping them grow is another favorite part of working with her little ones. Miss Brandy says it’s an honor to love and work with the students daily.
Miss Natalie is our Toddler Room lead teacher. She is currently in college working towards my Early Childhood Education degree with hopes of owning her own daycare one day. She has been working with children of all ages since I graduated high school but has a special calling for young toddlers. I enjoy seeing all the new things that the minds of young toddlers can take in and use in their daily lives.
Miss Alma is an Assistant Teacher in our PK-1 Classroom. She’s been working with children for six years. She has her CDA from infant and toddler. She likes to play kickball in her free time. Her future goal is to keep growing as an educator and mother.
Miss Katie is the Lead Teacher in our PK-1 Classroom. She started working with kids during her high school years in a child development class. She then moved on to early education, and in her final year, as a student aid in first, third, and fifth grade. Katie graduated from Wilson HS in 2015 and college in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Child and Family Studies. Aside from schooling, she coached youth soccer for two years and has worked at Kindercare for two years. A few of her favorite pastimes include playing with her two dogs, Molly & Dingo, and spending time with her four nephews and niece.

Miss Lori is the Lead Teacher in the Preschool 2 Classroom. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in childcare since 1983. Loris has worked as an infant teacher for over 20 years, a toddler teacher and infant specialist, a preschool inclusion teacher for about ten years, and a school-age teacher. She and her husband recently celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary and have one grown daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys training, competing in rallies, nose work with her dogs, researching her family history, scrapbooking, reading, and spending time in nature. She looks forward to spending time and working with the children and their families at LLA.
Miss Cassy is our lead Preschool 1 teacher and has worked with children for the past 10 years. Growing up the oldest of 13 grandchildren, she has always loved being with children and has always taken care of them and been the one in charge. She’s been married for 4 years but together for 14 years. She’s and loves working with our Preschool Friends!
Miss Mary is our assistant teacher in the Infant 2 room. She is from the Poconos and has lived there the majority of my life. She recently moved to this area and has been working in childcare ever since. She is working on getting an associate’s degree in early childhood education/special education. Mary has 2 dogs and is a big family person. She truly loves working with children and wouldn’t want to do anything else.
Mr. Donnie is the Operations Assistant of Learning Ladder Academy and is in charge of anything deemed operational! He has been with us since June of 2019, and throughout that time has served as a Floater, Assistant Teacher, and Lead Teacher before his role as Operations Assistant. Mr. Donnie has his Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is planning to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. He has many passions that include biking, working with children, and his most enjoyed activity: Eating!
Miss Monica is the Assistant Director of Learning Ladder Academy. She is very excited to join the Learning Ladder Team! Miss Monica has over 20 years of experience working with children. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Administration.
Miss Monica, her husband of 30 years, and their daughters and grandson have recently moved to the area and look forward to exploring! Her older daughter lives in Maryland with her husband and their one-year-old son! Miss Monica looks forward to getting to know all of you and your children!
Miss Amy is the Director of Learning Ladder Academy. She comes to us with 25 years of director experience and a passion for working with young children. She has her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her two children, going to new places, and just relaxing.
Miss Leonor is our Infant Room 2 Lead teacher. She has a beautiful family, including three grandkids. Miss Leonor enjoys interacting and getting to know all the children in the building. She also likes to play jokes on the children and her coworkers and loves working at Learning Ladder Academy.
Miss Destiny is one of our Infant 1 assistant teachers. She has a son named Zieon. She likes meaningful conversations and loves spending time with friends and family. She prefers indoor activities and enjoys watching movies!
Miss Johanna is one of our Infant 1 assistant teachers. She is married, has three children, and loves spending time with her family. She’s excited to be working with our youngest children!
Miss Alana is the Lead Teacher in the Infant 1 Classroom. She is a mom to one kid and recently moved to the area! Miss Alana worked with kids through Girl Scouts since she was 11 years old. She loves reading, writing, hiking, and listening to 80s music. Miss Alana is looking forward to getting to know the babies!
